It’s all about LOVE. This word LOVE seems to conjure up different definitions and differing emotions. It is a word that is used quite loosely in today’s society. What does this word really mean? How does the Christian truly love? As believers we have to go no further than our Bible and turn to a most familiar scripture; John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, and whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” That kind of loves seems to elude most of us because that is a really big love.
That is an unconditional love. That is a love that is given even when it was not asked for nor warranted. Come and share forty days of LOVE with the Park Ministries as we seek to understand what it truly means to LOVE as a Christian ought. We are studying the book; The Relationship Principles of Jesus. Through this study we seek to get on one accord as to how we are supposed to love each other as believers, but more profoundly how we should love a world that does not agree with us. Our study will be centered on our many life groups and culminates each Sunday with the preached word. Come on out and enjoy the fun and fellowship of our life groups, but more importantly, come and join the Park Ministries family as we all learn to LOVE the way God intended from the beginning of his creation called the earth. |
