Family Life and Wellness

Family Life and Wellness Center offers a Christ centered approach to family health and wellness. We live by the tenant of Romans 12:1 "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship", and it is with this in mind that we offer numerous activities for children to seniors and everyone in between.  We are driven to make and keep the entire family fit.
